I have been waking up early for years. I literally get up at dawn with the birds, their communicative song serenading me. As you write, there is so much benefit in going to bed early in the evening and waking up early in the morning.

That's good. Yeah, it really is our body's natural as well as ideal pattern of sleeping and waking.

I was just telling a friend I wanted to wake up earlier, and go to bed earlier! If I go to bed after midnight, the next day is shot. I think my optimal hrs are 1030-630

Yeah... hard to do tho! I just went to bed at midnight and needed an alarm to get up at 730 😅
